Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Touvar account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains what happens and lets you submit the request directly.

What gets deleted

• Your profile information (name, email, mobile number) is removed and cannot be recovered.
• Your listings and requirement posts are taken down from public view.
• You will no longer be able to log in with this account.

What may be retained

• Chat messages you've sent remain visible to the other person in that conversation, so their conversation history isn't broken — but they will show as being from a "Deleted User" rather than your name.
• Basic activity logs and records required for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance may be retained in a form that no longer identifies you personally.

How to request deletion

Please log in to your account, then return to this page to request deletion. If you can no longer log in (for example, you've forgotten your password and can't reset it), email us at support@touvar.com from the email address on your account and we'll process the deletion manually within a few working days.
